Policies

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are happy to exchange your piece or issue you a store credit. This policy is applicable for purchases 30 days from purchase. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. Custom pieces and Bespoke pieces are not returnable. Store credits do not expire. Please stop in or contact us for a return authorization.

Gift certificates are available for purchase. Chloe Leigh Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or any unauthorized use.

Need a repair? We stand by our craftsmanship, and are happy to repair Chloe Leigh Designs Jewelry regardless of when it was purchased. Each repair is re-viewed on a case-by-case basis. There may be a charge depending on the scale of the repair that needs to be done. Contact us to discuss the best way to proceed with a repair. 

Replacements: We can replace an earring if one is lost from the set, but we will need the existing earring to match it. The cost will be 50% of the current price of a set.
